Order Processing

We prepare and process every order within 1–2 business days, defined as Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays observed in the United States. Orders submitted before 2:00 PM Eastern Time are typically dispatched the same business day. As soon as your package leaves our facility, we will send you a confirmation email with a unique tracking number so you can monitor its progress in real time.

We provide multiple shipping options within the United States to fit your timeline. Delivery windows begin once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

International Shipping

tryglow Store is pleased to ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and selected European Union countries. Orders shipped internationally generally arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch. Please note that any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.

Order Tracking

We are committed to keeping you informed at every stage. A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not received a tracking update within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our customer support team so we can assist you.

Address Changes

If you need to correct or update your shipping address, please notify us within 1 hour of placing your order by emailing us with your order number. Although we will make every effort to accommodate changes requested after that window, we cannot guarantee that an address can be modified once your order has entered processing.
